• Information you provide. When you send an inquiry to an Operator, subscribe to our newsletter, claim or manage a listing, or book a trip, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, message, and booking information.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and security standards.
• Usage data. We collect standard analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, including through cookies and similar technologies (for example, Google Analytics).

2. How we use information

• To operate the directory and connect travelers with Operators.
• To deliver inquiries and bookings to the relevant Operator.
• To process payments and send transactional messages (such as booking confirmations and reminders).
• To send newsletters and updates you have opted into; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve, secure, and maintain the Service, and to comply with law.

3. How we share information

When you submit an inquiry or booking, we share the relevant details with the Operator so they can respond to and fulfill your request. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), and our database and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
